Hey Sis, I’m Maryssa — a holistic wellness coach, business mentor, beauty bestie, and daughter of the King.
But before all that?
I was the girl who struggled quietly behind the smile.
I was bullied in school.
I had deep body image wounds and spent years trying to be “enough.”
At 17, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, which only deepened my spiral of diet pills, stress, shame, and survival mode.
I dove into the modeling world, looking for validation but only found myself more lost, more
addicted, and more broken.
I got into real estate at a young age, selling over $50M in real estate, hoping success would
heal what was broken. I started a beauty business called Hoala Health and a successful event
business in the Hawaiian Islands.
But despite the achievements, I was burnt out, addicted (to weed and to perfection) for 10
years, and deeply disconnected from my identity in Christ.
I know what it’s like to fight invisible battles. To show up for everyone but yourself. To love God… but feel stuck in tormenting cycles.
That’s why I do what I do now.
God pulled me out. He showed me that true healing doesn’t start with hustle—it starts in the heart AND vision/purpose.
And now, I help women heal, rise, and rebuild with Jesus.

What I Believe:
I believe women are meant to be well-rounded and deeply rooted.
You don’t have to choose between being a businesswoman, being healed, and being a wife or
mother.
You don’t have to choose between glowing up and getting close to God.
You were designed to carry purpose, beauty, wisdom, softness, and strength—all at the same
time! You just need to learn time management and resting in God’s presence by building
with HIM as your CEO.

Over a decade of fitness & nutrition coaching (NESTA certified since 2012) and 10 years of bodybuilding experience.

I'm currently completing my Christian Counseling Certification so I can better serve women in their healing journeys.

truth. All rooted in CHRIST!
💄 I offer Beauty Coaching—from skincare to style, inspired by Queen Esther and clean
beauty principles (yes, we love Korean skincare!).
🏠 I mentor women in real estate—how to build wealth, flip homes, and even co-invest in syndications
💼 I coach women in launching purpose-driven businesses built on strategy and Spirit.
